Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@rle-chi-town-books.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Physical Products (Purchased from Our Website)

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital items once the purchase is completed.

Amazon Purchases

If you purchased a book through Amazon, your order will be subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. Please contact Amazon directly for any issues related to those orders.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before making a return request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible product (if applicable), and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
